Insurance and Protection
Every player in Momentum Soccer is required to purchase an NMSSA Annual Pass. This league is affiliated through the New Mexico State Soccer Association (NMSSA).
What does an NMSSA Annual Pass get you?
- A $5,000 player accident reimbursement insurance policy. Supplemental coverage for players in the event of injury or property damage during games and tournaments.
- Access to all NMSSA leagues and events for the year without purchasing a tournament pass each time. $26 once a year and you’re covered in all sanctioned leagues and tournaments across New Mexico.
- Access to a Certified Athletic Trainer through the Wave on Health platform, brought to you by The Sports Med Guy LLC. Get real-time questions answered 24/7, plus telehealth visits, tailored exercises, regular check-ups, injury assistance, and more.
- Licensed Referees.
Coverage lasts from January 1 to December 31 of the current calendar year.
Injured or had an accident on site?
The supplemental insurance coverage is there in the event of injury or property damage during games and tournaments. It’s funded through the NMSSA Annual Pass and requires no additional fees. It’s a safety net so you can play with confidence. Filing a claim is free and easy.
